"I received a random call from this office, and the experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The woman said her name, but she said it as if I already knew who she was and immediately started talking. She never clearly stated what office she was calling from or her title, which made the call confusing right from the beginning. Right away, I let her know I was on another call and would have to call her back. Instead of respecting that, she became very pushy asking what time would be good to call me back. I told her I didn’t know and that I would return her call. She continued pressing, asking if I didn’t know whether I’d be busy. I explained that I was just starting my day and would be busy most of it. She then tried to push scheduling for the next day, even after I clearly said I would call her back myself. Despite me repeating that I needed to go, she continued asking questions and talking over me. When I finally got her to end the call and switched back to my other line, the person had already hung up. I tried calling them back with no answer. I then returned her call, and instead of being professional, she responded with a sarcastic and sassy comment saying she thought I was busy until tomorrow which is not what I said at all. She then went into a sales pitch about life insurance, claiming I didn’t have coverage with their office and only had auto and another policy through them which is completely false. I have no business with this agency whatsoever. When I told her I already have life insurance, she began asking personal questions about my coverage and what I pay. I made it clear that was private information and I would not be sharing it. She then made an inappropriate comment implying that my family would contact them when I pass away to check for policies, which was completely out of line. When I asked where she got my information especially since I am listed as no solicitation and I said my actual agents name she suddenly claimed the call was made “by accident,” which clearly didn’t match her earlier behavior. Very unprofessional, overly pushy, and misleading. I would not recommend to my family or friends doing business with this office. I believe Kayla is her name."

Kayla, who is newer to our team, believed she was reaching out appropriately and did not realize you were currently in working with another agent. While her intent was simply to do her job. This is not the standard we expect and we are addressing it internally to ensure clearer communication and respect for individuals’ time. "I had State Farm for car insurance before and then had moved to another company when I bought a house only because I got a slightly better deal. I just switched back to them because they offered an awesome rate and have always been wonderful to work with and have great coverage. They are quick, accurate, and easy to work with!"
